We know by now you're probably swamped with messages about COVID-19. There's a new dawn ahead of us, and there’s never been a more important time for us all to stick together, as a community, we’ll get through this. We wanted you to know, we’re still here, and we’re thinking of you.
But of course by sticking together, we mean stick apart, at least for a little while, for us to slow down the curve. ;)
At Plant Faced Clothing, the wellbeing of our customers and Plant family is always our top priority. Never so more than now. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact to our employees and customers and doing all we can to keep everyone safe, comply with government legislation and still continue to provide the best service and support to you, our customers we can.
The site is still 110% open for business, and our delivery gang are still hustling hard shipping to the comfort of your living rooms worldwide, but you may experience a few slight delays of extra days in delivery times. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we all navigate this temporary era.
Luckily, our business team already work remotely, so we're able to stay on top of doing our part in that regard. :) We will continue providing uninterrupted service to our customers while also ensuring our team’s safety. Normal hours of service will continue uninterrupted and emails and the webshop continue to be fully functioning so orders can continue to be placed as usual.
Our Warehouses is functioning, stocked and continue to receive and to ship orders as normal. We currently have no problems or distruption to our supply chain and continue to monitor any changes that may affect the movement of commercial goods. Our staff at the Warehouse have additional hygiene measures to ensure their working safety and continuity of service.
Most airlines have reduced their capacity by 80% over the last few weeks, and as a result we're receiving increased charged from most of our couriers and postal services but made the decision NOT to pass on these additional costs to you, our loyal customers. In return, we just appreciate any support you can give us during these difficult times for small businesses, even if that just means telling somebody else you know about us, or wearing your favourite PFC shirt and snapping a pic - though if you have the means, now's an awesome chance to gift that friend the tee you know they'll love and surprise them while they're stuck at home.
Recent government directives for certain countries restricting borders and movement, relate to people, not goods. If you're able to select your country in the checkout, it means we're still shipping to you - we continue to ship to all countries from our HQ. As you may have heard, experts have stated the virus won't survive through travelling on goods or mail, so you can have peace of mind in still getting your goods in safe condition. ;)
We will proactively contact you if you have orders that are being affected in any way. We will continue to inform you if things change. We are here for you, please contact us if you have any questions at all.
Do your part to flatten the curve - stay at home if you can, support your small businesses (especially vegan & Asian grocers!), keep on top of hygiene, stay calm, we'll get through this - there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
