Whether you’re a writer, designer, insurance agent, engineer, or one of many occupations in-between  the pandemic has forced many of us to work from our homes. There are many ways in which to be more productive, focused, and (relatively) sane while trying to do the whole nine to five at home, including getting a good night’s rest, creating and maintaining a morning routine, and getting dressed as if you were going into an office (or putting on loads of Plant Faced Clothing attire).

But almost just as important (if not more-so) as these things are, it is pertinent that people working remote take care of their bodies, as well  including healthy eating. It’s easy to constantly snack when your workspace is just adjacent to your fully-stocked kitchen, so it’s important to be mindful of what you’re snacking on...and that’s why we wrote this article.

Keep reading to discover seven healthy AND delicious vegan snacks to eat while working from home.

1) Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Baked sweet potato chips are good for your body and easy to whip up while you work from home. Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A, an antioxidant that boosts immunity. We could all use an added boost in our immunities these days! It is also useful for maintaining healthy skin and vision.

2) Vegan Cowboy Caviar

Vegan Cowboy Caviar is always a hit at get-togethers. It’s so inconspicuously vegan, which makes it a hit amongst all eaters in attendance.
